Almost after a year of collecting donations, and saving some money of my own, I have finally purchased my Buick. So it may have not been the LaCrosse. As much as I love the LaCrosse, I found the Verano to be a better fit, both financially, and for my lifestyle.Thank you to everyone who made this possible.
I love car commercials. They are what makes people fall in love with vehicles. Everything from the music, the actors, the dialogue, it all contributes to what, and how we view a vehicle. Some are humourus, others are more serious, throwing around big words like horsepower and torque. Presented below are five of my favourite car commercials from when I was in high school, to today.
5. Ford Focus 2008 – “Play Artist …”
The new proud owner of the Ford Focus shows off the SYNC feature in his vehicle, which allows him to play/find songs by saying the artist name. This is a really cool feature, however, men if you have questionable music in your car (i.e Brit Brit), it be better to leave those songs at home.
Just like many Americans, my New Years resolution was to adopt a healthier life style ( a “healthy life style”, the politically correct term for diet). Yes, us men make resolutions to get in shape, and eat better, too. Although at first glance, you would think I am perfectly fine. I am not over weight, no am I underweight. However, I may look fit, but I am far from being in shape.
“Eat healthy, and exercise.” That is what I tell myself every morning when I wake up. Do I listen to myself? Ha, no. My New Years resolution should have been to listen to myself.
